Residents of Tillicum Village enjoy living in a park-like setting with numerous old growth trees interspersed in 16 acres of common spaces. Shopping, restaurants, schools and public transportation are all within easy walking distance of the neighborhood. Homes are all single family dwellings with prices at the general median for the Bend metropolitan area.

The Tillicum Village Home Owner's Association's primary purpose is to protect property values, enhance safety and promote quality of life by establishing and maintaining the standards for property maintenance and management of the Common Area.
